Beta Programme Terms

Last updated: April 2026

These Beta Programme Terms ("Beta Terms") supplement the Cavitech AI Terms of Service and govern your participation in the Cavitech AI Beta Programme. By joining the Beta Programme, you agree to these Beta Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Beta Terms and the Terms of Service, these Beta Terms shall prevail with respect to the Beta Programme.

Section 1

Beta Programme Overview

The Cavitech AI Beta Programme provides selected dental professionals with early access to the Cavitech AI platform at no cost during the beta period. The purpose of the Beta Programme is to: (a) allow participating dental practices to evaluate Cavitech AI in a real clinical setting before general availability; (b) gather feedback from practising clinicians to inform product development and improve the Service; (c) identify issues, edge cases, and areas for improvement across all features of the platform; (d) validate clinical workflows, usability, and integration with existing practice operations. Participation in the Beta Programme is limited to a restricted number of dental practices selected at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke beta access at any time without obligation or liability.

Section 2

Service Level During Beta

The Service is provided during the Beta Programme on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. During the beta period, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or service continuity, and the Service may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime; (b) features, interfaces, and functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice as we iterate on the product; (c) AI analysis accuracy may vary as our models are refined and improved, and AI Output should always be independently verified by a qualified dental professional before any clinical action is taken; (d) processing speeds may fluctuate depending on system load, infrastructure changes, and ongoing optimisations; (e) we may introduce breaking changes, reset configurations, or update workflows that require you to adapt your usage of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance, but we are not obligated to do so during the beta period.

Section 3

Beta Resources & Limits

During the Beta Programme, each participating practice receives the following resources at no charge: (a) 30 AI analysis tokens per calendar month, each token representing one AI-powered radiograph analysis; (b) 30 GB of file storage for radiographs, clinical documents, and related data; (c) unlimited use of the Ambient Scribe voice-to-SOAP-notes feature, including all supported languages; (d) full access to scheduling, patient intake, and practice management features; (e) full access to the multi-mode chat system, including normal, search, and thinking modes. These resource allocations are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice before reducing any resource limits. Unused tokens do not carry over to the following month. If you require additional resources beyond the beta allocation, please contact us at hello@cavitech-ai.com to discuss your needs.

Section 4

Transition to Paid Plans

When the Beta Programme concludes and Cavitech AI transitions to general availability with paid subscription plans, the following shall apply: (a) we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice before the beta period ends and paid plans take effect; (b) all Patient Data, clinical records, analysis history, and practice configurations created during the beta period will be fully preserved and carried over to your paid account; (c) you will have the option to subscribe to a paid plan of your choice to continue using the Service, or to decline and export your data; (d) if you choose not to subscribe, you will have a minimum of thirty (30) days from the end of the beta period to export all of your Patient Data and practice records, after which your Account and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies; (e) beta participants may be offered early-adopter pricing or other preferential terms in recognition of their contribution to the programme, at our sole discretion. We value the commitment of our beta participants and will endeavour to make the transition as seamless as possible.

Section 5

Feedback & Improvements

We encourage and welcome your feedback during the Beta Programme. By providing feedback, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, usability observations, or other input ("Feedback") to Cavitech AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service and any future products or services, without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality to you. You acknowledge that: (a) Feedback is distinct from Patient Data, and this licence applies solely to Feedback, not to any Patient Data; (b) Cavitech will never use Patient Data as Feedback, nor will Patient Data be used to train, improve, or develop AI models; (c) you are not required to provide Feedback, and any Feedback you provide is voluntary; (d) we are under no obligation to implement or act upon any Feedback received; (e) similar ideas may be independently developed by Cavitech or received from other participants, and no compensation or credit is owed in such circumstances.
